We are looking for someone to offer a warm welcome as people arrive at the NMC, and to check them in for their various appointments.

1 day a week, 10-3
Key tasks and responsibilities
- To be a warm, welcoming presence on the front desk
- To welcome visitors to the NMC
- To book people in for their appointments using Clinko
- To answer the phone and assist with general enquiries
- To take payment for items using the card machine
- Ensuring the reception area is kept tidy

Support and training provided
- Induction to NMC and the role
- Ongoing training relevant to the role Named supervisor for guidance and support
