This role is for a young person (Under 18) doing a Work Experience placement with their school or college. The purpose of the role is to give a young person the opportunity to experience working in a health-focused charity.
Please note: priority will be given to young people with neuromuscular conditions. If you do not have a condition, we will still consider your application, but you will need to demonstrate an interest in the charity sector and our work.

Key tasks and responsibilities
Over the course of five days, you will spend time with different departments at NMC. You can expect a varied week that may include time in the following areas:
- Physiotherapy
- Fundraising
- Support
- Makerspace
- Training
- Reception
- Gardens
The exact schedule will depend on what is happening at NMC during your placement. If you have a particular area of interest, please state this on the application form.
