On Saturday 22nd November, we held our second annual Christmas Market at NMC, welcoming local businesses, independent makers, and members of the community for a festive day of stalls, treats, and seasonal cheer. Visitors enjoyed browsing a wonderful array of Christmas stands, meeting Father Christmas in his grotto, and warming up with mulled wine, hot chocolate, and mince pies.
The day was a tremendous success, with our NMC stall and raffle raising nearly £1,000 to support people affected by neuromuscular conditions. We owe enormous thanks to everyone who attended, and especially to Derek Rydings who brought the festive magic to our grotto (even making it snow!), and all the volunteers who generously gave their time to ensure the event ran so smoothly. A heartfelt thank you as well to our stallholders, whose enthusiasm and creativity helped make the market such a highlight of the season.
And of course, an extra-special thank you to Santa for taking time out of his very busy schedule to visit us and bringing gifts!
