Live in the Park - Info For The Event!

Bad Weather

Although the programme may be modified in the interest of safety and comfort, should the weather be poor the concert will not be cancelled.


Please assume, unless you've directly heard otherwise, that the concert will go ahead, and you should dress appropriately for the weather given.


Buying Tickets

You can continue to buy tickets on our website all the way up until gates open, but please note that we won't be able to take payments over the phone after 4pm on Thursday 6th July as staff will be out of the office preparing for the event.


Gazebos

We have a few gazebo spaces left! For more information, please get in touch with Arley Hall & Gardens on 01565 777 353.


What You Can Bring

You're very welcome to bring your own chairs, tables etc to make the event as comfortable as possible for you!


Please be aware that, especially if you're being dropped off, to only bring what you can carry, as it is a short walk to the event area.


Parking & Drop-Off/Pick-Up

We have a lot of parking available at Live in the Park!

Rubbish

We have a large skip available for all rubbish!


Collecting Tickets

Tickets purchased for Live in the Park 2023 after 3pm on Wednesday 5th July will need to be collected after gates open at 5pm on Saturday 8th July.


If parking, please follow signage for the concert car park and into the ‘Tickets To Collect’ ticket line.


If using the drop-off, please follow the on-foot traffic into the concert area and staff will direct you further to collect your tickets.


Food & Drink

We have a number of food & drink vendors available with lots on offer, but you're welcome to bring your own, including alcohol.


Extreme Coffee will be offering their famous boozy coffee, cakes, biscuits, hot & cold drinks, as well as hot food including hot dogs and gourmet burgers.


Blue Horse Inn will be attending in their fab Horse Box Bar, offering alcoholic drinks like draught beer and wine.


Pizza Escape will be serving delicious stonebaked pizzas with a variety of yummy toppings!


You can also enjoy a spot of dessert or a sweet treat with McMullans Ices, with plenty of ice cream, lollies, and confectionery available.
